Special level sensors made for clients request

They are used in difficult technical measurements of different media. They are made for client special request, adapted for proper application. There is contactless measuring method used. Special technology allows for level measurement in containers 5 m depth with 3mm resolution. There are two types of magnetron used: type A (NO) or type C (switch over).

In order to design proper sensor client should specify following technical data:
1. Sensor operation environment
1.1 Max operating temperature.
1.2 Max pressure.
1.3 Medium type.
1.4 Will sensor be working in the zone endangered with explosion?

2. Mechanical parameters
2.1 Measured levels quantity.
2.2 Sensor assembly level (from the bottom of the container)
2.3 Connection cable length.
2.4 Connector type(if necessary).
2.5 Flood material(if necessary).
2.6 Container shape and dimensions.
2.7 Preferred assembly method.
2.8 Container wall thickness in the place where sensor is installed.

3. Electrical parameters
3.1 Output type:
- analogue (4...20mA, 0...10V or different)
- binary
- other
3.2 Switch power value (if it will be switched directly)
3.3 Type of directly switched load: resistive, induction or capacity.
3.4 Type of voltage or current: AC or DC
