The ESS6 thermo-clamping machine has been developed for connecting enameled wires and cables in the electromechanical industry for the production of electric motors, transformers, coils, etc. The machine combines a high-speed cycle with reliability and repeatability of the joining process. The process is based on the use of a clip, produced by the machine itself, as joint support. This clamp is made from a tin-coated copper strip, available in various cross-sections: 0.5x4mm, 0.5x5mm, 0.8x6mm.

The GFAA301000 machine has been designed and built to meet every need for automation of the joining process, as well as tracking and data management. The GFAA301000 demonstrates its versatility through a special joining head adapted to any requirement, and its dimensions can be modified depending on the available space and stator handling. Movement is achieved using a variable number of independent axes (4 to 7) managed by brushless motors and intelligent drives. This allows reaching the connection point without operator presence, except for the preparation station placed near the machine.

The GFP301000 machine has been developed for connecting enameled wires and cables in a semi-automatic process combined with ease of use, flexibility, and high production efficiency. The machine is intended for use in situations where stator handling is difficult or where dimensions and weight make it hard to move. The GFP301000 device is mounted on a trolley that allows movement near the stator and is equipped with a special thermo-joining head mounted on a two-axis system. The thermo-joining head can easily reach the connection point thanks to a movement range of 700 mm in the vertical axis and about 900 mm in the horizontal axis and can rotate manually about 225° in the vertical axis. Up/down/left/right movements are controlled using a joystick, and all other movements are performed manually. Additionally, the thermo-joining head can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position with a lateral tilt of approximately +/- 15°.
