Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. Techsem offers products with pressure contact technology for high reliability and lifetime.

Diodes: chip diameters from 0.5 inches to 5 inches, range of output current is 200A to 8500A, and the reverse voltage range of the capsule devices is 400V to 6500V

Thyristors: chip diameters from 0.5 inches to 5 inches, range of output current is 200A to 8500A, and the reverse voltage range of the capsule devices is 400V to 6500V

Electroisolated modules: different topologies, output current range is from 26A to 570A and the maximum reverse voltage range of the modules is up to 3600V

Applications: soft starter, induction heating, welding devices, rectifiers, power supplies
