750°C THERM-TEXTIL™

For the refinement of our Therm-Textil™-cloths we provide various coatings (see below). The packings are also available with an impregnation with Fireblocker™.

Properties

  • good insulation due to usage of textured and twisted yarns
  • non-combustible according to DIN 4102 A1
  • application in high temperature areas: continuous temperature +700 °C, short term up to +750 °C
  • high abrasion resistance and tensile strength
  • ideal protection against liquid metal splashes, flying sparks and open flames
  • annealing loss < 1%
  • no organic components
  • physically harmless
  • no itching due to usage of 6 μ yarns
  • REACH-compliant

Material

  • exclusively made of textured and twisted calcium-silicate fibres
  • with a filament of 6 μ
