AS Series Monoblock Cabinets – Durability and Simplicity in a Compact Design

AS Series monoblock cabinets are robust and versatile solutions for electrical and automation equipment, designed for maximum durability, ease of installation, and aesthetic appeal. Thanks to their welded construction from a single sheet of steel, the cabinets provide excellent rigidity and a high level of IP and IK protection.

Construction and Materials

The cabinet body is made of fully welded 1.5 mm thick steel sheet. The hinged doors, made of 2 mm thick sheet metal, feature a robust lock and seal, ensuring high tightness. The 2.5 mm thick galvanized steel mounting plate provides high load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance. The bottom of the cabinet features a prepared cable entry hole with flanges.

Painting and Finishing

All components are powder-coated with epoxy-polyester paint in RAL 7035 (textured). The plinths are available in RAL 7024 (glossy graphite gray), creating a cohesive, aesthetically pleasing look.
