Compact Luminaire for the Process Industry

The robust and compact KFL explosion-proof luminaire is used in all sectors of the process industry to illuminate the interiors of boilers, tanks, and agitators. The luminaire is equipped with special mounting stands that can be attached to various inspection windows in sizes from DN 40 to DN 200 according to DIN 28120. Optionally, the KFL can be easily transported and positioned stably thanks to a carrying handle for temporary lighting. The housing is made of copper-free aluminum, and the lens is made of impact-resistant borosilicate glass. The aluminum flange is coated with PTFE (Teflon) and sealed with a Viton seal.

Multifunctional Applications

In addition to illuminating boilers, the KFL inspection luminaire can be used with the carrying handle as a service and repair lamp. High-voltage halogen spotlights and powerful LED lamps can be used. Low-voltage versions are also available for use with halogen spotlights and LED lamps. This luminaire's exceptionally durable construction, resistance to chemicals and UV radiation, and high IP66 protection rating enable its use even in the harshest environmental conditions.
