CEAG safety switches can be protected against unintentional activation thanks to an integrated locking system that allows up to three padlocks to be placed in the OFF position.

To prevent tampering, the housing covers cannot be opened in the locked position without damaging them.

Full switching capacity of 3 AC motors

Full switching capacity of 3 AC motors and insulation properties according to EN 60947-4-1 with mandatory opening of the main contacts and optional EMERGENCY STOP versions according to EN 60204-1 are additional features offered by CEAG safety switches.

Additional delay/acceleration contacts provide double safety in extreme operating conditions.

The safety switches feature an easy-to-install design and easily accessible connection terminals.

Industrial applications in harsh environments

For harsh industrial environments, we use proven explosion-proof enclosures: impact-resistant, modified plastic enclosures made of fiberglass, powder-coated, or 316 L stainless steel. They can optionally be supplied with snap-on plastic or brass flanges. Metal versions can be equipped with screw-on flanges. Up to 630 A, a high degree of protection is guaranteed - IP66.
