Alper heated clamps are characterized by their robust construction. The efficient knurled steel strap with tensioning system allows for easy installation. They can be used in environments requiring a high IP rating.

Heated clamps demonstrate excellent mechanical and electrical reliability at both high and low temperatures.

Applications and benefits of heated clamps

The use of heated clamps is essential for maintaining perfect compressor operation. The Alper crankcase heater is a solution that adapts to all needs. Prevents bearing stress and facilitates engine starting.

The use of a screw-type towing eye not only enables quick installation but also provides the compressor crankcase heater with excellent grip, thus ensuring perfect heat exchange with the compressor.

This crankcase heater can also be manufactured according to customer specifications, with power cables of various lengths, resistant to UV rays and low temperatures.

The compressor crankcase heater can be equipped with protective thermostats and thermal fuses. Additionally, metal terminals or other connectors can be supplied upon request.
