Job description:

• Maintenance and development of the implemented ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Supervision of QMS documentation: procedures, instructions, forms, records.
• Coordination of internal and external audit activities.
• Conducting risk analysis as well as corrective and improvement actions.
• Monitoring quality indicators and reporting results.
• Organizing internal training in the field of quality and ISO standards.
• Representing the company before the certification body and clients in quality-related matters.
• Supervision of quality and optimization of production, assembly, and service processes.
• Cooperation with the engineering and technical team in analyzing and confirming customer technical requirements.
• Verification of compliance of component deliveries.
• Creation and updating of inspection plans and technical standards.
• Support in non-conformity analysis, complaints, and device testing.

Requirements:

• Technical education (electrical engineering, mechanics, production engineering, quality management).
• Experience in quality or production (min. 2–3 years).
• Practical knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Knowledge of English enabling fluent communication.
• Accuracy, analytical approach, independence.
• Availability to work at a second location – Piaseczno (occasionally).
