The EVS socket serves to connect the intrinsically safe circuits of the grounding system SYMEGA-VO / SI with its peripherals (spiral cable, grounding clamps). In addition, it is considered a simple apparatus in the intrinsically safe circuit.

General Information

The junction box with indicator light is suitable as a status indicator of the SYMEGA-SI grounding system. The cable of the grounding system is inserted into the cable gland installed at the top and connected in the junction box. One of the 2-core spiralcables with EVS Connector (Male) is plugged into the flange socket (Female) mounted in the lower part. A possible defective cable can be replaced during operation.
