Two element power diode block with radiator RY.

Properties:
• Two element power diode block with both side cooling– RY
• Natural cooling


Typical applications:
• rectifiers, converters, supplies.
• DC power regulators
• power contactors
• soft-starts

Options:
• Standard – Diagram. 1
• Execution with current busses
• With blacken radiator
• Thermal protection
• RC circuit
• fuse
• forced cooling

Power block selection:
• There are different semiconductors used, depending on the load. Used semiconductor size is given in the Table 1.

Operation conditions:
One element power blocks are used in power electronic systems.
• Ambient air temperature -100 C - +400 C;
• Atmospheric pressure 860hPa do 1060hPa;
• Humidity less then 80% @ temperature 400 C
• Cooling air without aggressive factors.
