TDB series current transformers are designed to work with [Type B Earth Leakage Relays].

TDB current transformers are designed to measure AC and DC currents in the DC-10 kHz band with a resolution of 1 mA. They feature an integrated zeroing (demagnetization) function, which is activated upon power-up or remotely via the TEST RESET input. This function eliminates current errors (DC offset) caused by the Earth's magnetic field, temperature drift, vibrations, mechanical shocks, etc. The RMS current measurement error (AC+DC) is proportional to the line current and depends on the geometric arrangement of the conductor through the transformer opening and the distance between adjacent transformers.
