CA Conductive Silicone Adhesives

Conductive silicone adhesives are single-component, room-temperature curing adhesives that are flexible and suitable for applications requiring bonding of two different materials with electrical connection, while reducing the risk of adhesive bond line cracking. For example, bonding a polycarbonate or glass window to a metal frame. The conductive silicone adhesive securely holds the window in place while allowing it to bend, flex, expand, and contract, maintaining a safe connection and electrically conductive seal.

Our flexible, conductive silicone adhesives also offer excellent resistance to vibration, shock, and extreme temperatures (thermal shock), while maintaining a high level of environmental sealing.

Our conductive adhesive remains flexible and conductive in environments where temperatures range from -55°C to 160°C, without degradation of physical or electrical properties.

Our conductive silicone adhesives are available with silver-aluminum, silver-copper, and nickel-graphite fillers to best suit your needs and minimize galvanic corrosion.

To determine the type and size of conductive silicone adhesive required, use the material code and container size as a suffix. For example, for a 10cc syringe of Nickel-Graphite material, the part number will be “CA-NC-10”.

These materials are available in 10 cm³, 30 cm³, 55 cm³, 70 cm³, 170 cm³, and 310 cm³ cartridges.
