We offer an open-access and efficient Technical Service - our engineers have comprehensive technical knowledge and are regularly going through specialized training to, in the most efficient way, be able to conduct assembly and service of every assembly line type that include EIDOS products.

Dacpol service, as an exclusive representative of Eidos in Poland, provides sale, assembly, warranty and post-warranty service of Eidos printers and delivers spare parts and exploitative materials.

EIDOS specializes in developing thermal transfer digital printing, which is a clean, eco-friendly and safe solution for printing variable data in real time - eg. best-before dates, forward or backward number sequences, barcodes, 2D codes, identification codes.
