Absolute encoders, also called sensors or digital transducers of rotation angle, are a perfect solution in applications requiring positioning precision - they transform mechanical change in angle position into an electrical signal, which can be used by the device’s control system.

Absolute encoders remember current position even after turning power off. We can distinguish such encoders as: single-rotation transducers with a code shield, multi-rotation transducers with gear transmission and code shields, incremental encoders with battery sustaining, and incremental transducers with inbuilt dynamo and nonvolatile memory.

Our offer includes devices such as rotary-pulse transducers - uses bcd or binary grey code, giving accurate position signals.

Features of absolute encoders:

  • Reliable, oil-proof, metal casing for industrial applications.
  • 10 mm axial diameter can bear heavy load.
  • Models with BCD code have the option to direct connection with the H8PR positioner, and with Gray code - H8PS.
  • Response frequency - up to 10 kHz.

Applications of absolute encoders:

  • Precise positioning in robotics, stock systems, cranes, rotary tables, craneway position measuring.
  • Automation - measuring angle and displacement.
