Gate drivers are integrated circuits that are designed to control the gate of the transistor. The task of the controllers is to charge and discharge it. Transistor controllers can be single-channel, two-channel, single-phase or three-phase.

IGBT and MOSFET driver

For example, the dual IGBT and MOSFET driver HIGH / LOW SIDE is an IGBT and MOSFET transistors control system with two completely independent channels and the shutdown input.
