KERATHERM® KP98 thermal conductive paste is a one-component silicone filled with ceramics with high thermal conductivity.

Long-term reliability of KP products guarantees full operability for the entire life of the product. Under normal conditions of use, KERATHERM® thermal pastes do not harden, dry out or melt.
