The new series of energy-saving **FMV** LED floodlights is ideal for general lighting in potentially explosive areas, such as Zone 2 (explosive gases) and Zones 21 and 22 (explosive dust). These floodlights, with a luminous flux ranging from 3189 lm to 15181 lm, can replace conventional light sources ranging from 50 W to 1000 W. The new **NFMV 25L and 50L** models can even replace luminaires with a luminous flux of >1000 W and conventional discharge lamps. High-efficiency LED modules with an efficiency of over 112 lm/W enable energy savings of up to 70% compared to luminaires with discharge lamps.
Thanks to the exceptionally robust housing design and the vibration-resistant LED modules, the FMV floodlight is resistant to impact, shock, and vibration. This makes it an ideal solution for illuminating spaces with challenging environmental conditions. Thanks to the use of non-temperature-sensitive LED technology, even extreme temperatures from -40°C to +55°C are no problem. The robust, powder-coated metal housing and impact-resistant glass meet the highest requirements for mechanical protection and corrosion resistance (IP66 protection rating). The advantages of modern LED technology include high luminous flux, very low energy consumption, long service life, and high efficiency.
NFMV floodlights with internal reflectors made of high-gloss aluminum (for high-pressure discharge lamps from 150 W to 400 W) are designed for use in explosion-hazardous areas: Zones 2 and 21. The ambient temperature range is from -25°C to +50/+45°C. The epoxy resin housing and powder-coated glass, along with temperature- and impact-resistant glass, provide an IP66 rating. The modular design enables quick and economical installation. Durable sealing ensures safety even in extreme conditions. The limited breathing design allows for high luminous flux while achieving the favorable T3 temperature class.
**NSSFMV** floodlights with high-gloss aluminum reflectors (for high-pressure lamps from **150 W to 400 W**) meet the requirements for Zones 2 and 22. Ambient temperature range: **-25 °C to +55 / +50 °C**. They are particularly recommended for harsh environments requiring high mechanical strength and resistance to temperature changes. The stainless steel housing with impact- and heat-resistant tempered glass meets **IP66** standards. Thanks to their modular design and quick assembly, these luminaires are ideal for installation in challenging environments.
Thanks to their exceptionally robust design, high degree of protection, and wide operating temperature range, FMV/NFMV/NSSFMV floodlights are suitable for applications in the petrochemical industry, chemical plants, wastewater treatment plants, oil platforms, LNG terminals, food processing plants, flour mills, sugar refineries, and indoor and outdoor installations. FMV/NFMV/NSSFMV luminaires are equipped with an adjustable mounting bracket, allowing for wall, ceiling, or cable mounting. Mounting accessories are available upon request.
