Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Even though it is unreasonable to have all these products in stock due to the limited sales, we believe that it is in the best interest of our customers to make them available. Our goal is to inform customers about the maximum number of products available and enable them to make decisions based on specifications, prices, availability, required minimums and our technical advice. Please note that selecting the "In Stock" checkbox may limit the display to only products available for delivery straight from the shelf.

Ex Cabinets

Dacpol’s assortment offers special solutions and products from the category of components for hazardous areas and explosive atmospheres [Ex]. We deliver Ex cabinets and pressurization systems from renowned suppliers, such as Schneider Electric and Quintex. Our Ex solutions have many required certificates, including ATEX and norms like EN 60079-0: 2012, EN 60079-7: 2007 and EN 60079-31: 2009.

We offer:

  • Schneider Electric steel wall-mounting empty enclosures - S3DEX Series - for applications where a high resilience to external and mechanical aspects is required.
  • Ex P QUINTEX Quinguard pressurization systems - IP 65 protection level; working temperature from -20°C to +60°C; for sparking elements montage in explosive areas 1 or 2.

What is an Ex area?

Ex areas are spaces with explosion hazard - in which there are substances that are mixed with oxidizing gas e.g. air and after initiation of the ignition, they cause the burning process spread across the whole mixed substance.

Examples of the ignition sources: electric sparks, sparks created mechanically, electrostatic sparks, hot air.

We distinguish a few types of protection: Ex D - fireproof and explosion proof; Ex P - pressurized; Ex O - oil protection; Ex E - enclosures hardened against the spread of possible sparking; Ex i - spark proof enclosures; Ex M - protection through resin cover.

Dacpol offers products intended for work in variable environments, in which the explosive atmospheres can be generated in areas of 0, 1 or 2 for gases, as well as 20, 21 or 22 for dust. We offer professional help in choosing the right product, and we guarantee technical consultancy for finding the best solution. On the client’s request we try to adjust the offer and products to the type of the workplace and the operation environment.
