Water heat sinks - cooling liquids

Water-cooled plates are designed for cooling diodes, thyristors, and power transistors in flat-base housings.

Any other components and electronic devices with a flat base can also be mounted on the plates. The cooling plates can be made of copper or aluminum. They may be solid plates with internal hollow channels or modular elements with channels connected together.

This section presents plates made of aluminum elements. The basic structural unit of the plate is a rectangular section element with dimensions of 27 mm (height) and 19 mm (width). These elements can be joined directly or separated with spacer elements to provide enough space for component mounting. Inlet and outlet holes are equipped with nozzles for connecting water pipes.
