Industrial Fans

One of our specialties is industrial fans, including centrifugal, axial, compact fans, fans with electronic commutators, and fans with external rotor motors, as well as AC motors. AC motors have squirrel-cage windings and are intended as replacement parts for industrial fans with external rotors and for crossflow industrial fans.

We offer axial and centrifugal industrial fans from manufacturers such as: Ebmpapst (Germany), MVL (Germany), Ziehl – Abegg (Germany), NMB MinebeaMitsumi (Japan), Costech (Taiwan).

They are used, among others, in the electrotechnical, electronic, and telecommunications industries – for cooling electric motors, transformers, power tubes in broadcasting transmitters, power blocks, distribution, drive, server, and telecommunications cabinets.

In terms of construction, we distinguish fans as: centrifugal with single or double air inlet, crossflow fans, axial fans, compact fans.
Most of these fans feature thermal protection of motor windings, protecting them in case of rotor blockage – most commonly a thermal bimetal switch or thermistor placed in the motor windings.
The use of appropriate materials and electronic components ensures high reliability, long service life, and optimal balance of airflow and noise level. Fans powered by DC voltage rated at 12, 24, 48V can operate in ambient temperatures from -10 to 70°C, and for the nominal supply voltage, the expected reliable operating time in this temperature range is 40,000 hours.

Ziehl-Abegg Offer

In the area of high-performance fans, we offer axial, centrifugal, and crossflow fans from Ziehl-Abegg. Their design is based on an asynchronous motor with an external rotor – the motor is adapted to speed control by changing the value of the AC supply voltage in the range of 0 – 100%. Each motor is protected against dust and moisture to protection level IP54. The manufacturer offers special fan versions intended for cooling power transformers and for operation in explosive atmospheres, ventilation of rooms and devices in which an increased concentration of various chemical compounds occurs.

In addition to fans, the Ziehl-Abegg offer also includes other devices and components intended to work with fans, including: thermal relays, speed switches, transformer and electronic speed controllers, temperature/pressure/airflow/humidity sensors and regulators.

In the field of compact fans, one of the world’s largest manufacturers is the Japanese company NMB MinebeaMitsumi, whose products are also part of our offer. The key to the company’s success is the production and use of high-quality ball bearings. Due to their durability, they are used, for example, in the aviation industry, as well as by other competing companies such as Ebmpapst.
