Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Even though it is unreasonable to have all these products in stock due to the limited sales, we believe that it is in the best interest of our customers to make them available. Our goal is to inform customers about the maximum number of products available and enable them to make decisions based on specifications, prices, availability, required minimums and our technical advice. DACPOL offers a wide selection of thermal protection devices. The protections we offer come from leading and trusted suppliers, which guarantees high safety. The parameters of the products we provide match those from the manufacturers' datasheets, ensuring the safe operation of the installations in which they are installed. Temperature protection for industry
We offer thermal, thermistor, and bimetallic protections based on PTC thermistors. They are designed to protect the windings of electric machines and power electronics systems, as well as heating devices. They are suitable for operation from 60 to 180ºC.
Thermal protections are manufactured in two versions:
- disc-shaped for mounting in windings
- with a metal housing with a thread for screwing into the motor housing or radiator.
Each bimetal element has internal insulation rated at 2 kV, some types at 3.75 kV. Protections can also be manufactured in double or triple versions (2 or 3 protections connected in series) with current leads of various lengths upon customer request.
Applications:
- for protecting motor windings, transformers, etc.
- for protecting semiconductor and heating elements.
