What are rotating lamps?
A rotating lamp is a type of lamp in which a special mirror rotates around a stationary bulb. It is a type of signal lamp, consisting of a lamp or a set of lamps used to mark emergency vehicles or to indicate hazards in difficult and harsh environments where audible signals may be ineffective.
