Power Integrations SCALE-iDriver™ Gate Drivers

Power Integrations gate drivers from the SCALE-iDriver™ series are designed to control both MOSFET and IGBT transistors, as well as the new silicon carbide MOSFETs on the market. These are innovative products that use the FluxLink™ bidirectional magnetic communication technology, used in drivers from 1200 to 1700 V.

FluxLink™ technology reduces the number of optoelectronic components used in compensation circuits, which translates into device longevity and reliability while simplifying the circuit.
