How does water condensate appears.
Air saturation with water level (humidity) depends on the temperature. In case of big temperature difference between inside and outside of the casing, the water condensation inside of the casing appears.
Example: During load change
Turn on system.
Inside temperature is usually higher then outside because of devices power losses. |
|
Warm air inside the cabinet absorbs humidity, which penetrates from outside, because cabinets are not gas tight.
|
|
System turned off.
Inside temperature lowers because devices are turned off. Colder air emits water, which liquefy on the inside surfaces. |
Where does water condensate appear?
It appears especially in places, where there are big temperature jumps, in the internal installations, inside buildings.
|
In order to keep high IP level ventilation is protected by special ventilation throttles. Because of breathing membranes they provide pressure equalization. |
New ventilation gland KOMBI allows to insert cable and additionally it compensates pressure.
Kombi glands protects from accumulation of water which occur usually because of big temperature differences. |
Kombi glands are for metric holes.
