Purpose: critical zones in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries — in the immediate vicinity of moving machine parts, where minimum distances and high hygienic requirements apply.

Minimum distance from the danger zone: ≥ 20 mm (in accordance with EN ISO 13857).

Technical parameters

  • Mesh: 8×41 mm, wire Ø 3 mm – the highest density in the offer
  • Construction: high rigidity and resistance without a frame
  • Heights: up to 2500 mm (also in versions with an extension)
  • Widths: modular; with the possibility of custom cutting
  • Material: AISI 304 stainless steel (INOX)
  • Finish: raw INOX – resistant to moisture, chemicals, water vapor
  • Posts: 50×50 mm or 80×80 mm (for special constructions)

Choose when: minimal distances from hazards are required and full corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning must be maintained.
