Industrial cooler, chillers - introduction

Industrial coolers offered by DACPOL are used for cooling water and oil in electrical and mechanical devices where large amounts of heat are generated.

The following are some example applications of these coolers:

  • induction heaters,
  • welding devices and spot welders,
  • RTV transmitters,
  • radars,
  • power transformers,
  • machine tools,
  • hydraulic devices,
  • equipment for the food and processing industry

Water or oil is cooled in a freon heat exchanger (evaporator); the cooling system includes a compressor and a condenser, where heat is transported outside via a fan.

We offer a cooling capacity range from 1kW to 4000kW for water and from 20kW to 200kW for oil.

Coolers can be equipped with a circulation pump and a tank, making them independent cooling systems separate from the network supplying the medium.

Coolers can be supplied in several design versions, namely:

  • coolers with a liquid tank and pump,
  • coolers without a tank but with a pump,
  • coolers without a tank and without a pump
