Limit switches and industrial micro switches – DACPOL offer
DACPOL offers industrial limit switches and industrial micro switches.
Industrial micro switches and limit switches as well as explosion-proof switches. They have metal and plastic housings with protection class IP64÷IP67.
Miniature limit switches
Miniature limit switches feature good operational parameters, and due to their small size, they can be installed in hard-to-reach places. Equipping miniature limit switches with various types of levers increases their range of applications. One representative of this type of switch is the Honeywell MICRO SWITCH™ V-Basic Switch Standard type micro limit switch, from the V15 series – an electromechanical switch designed for increased reliability and attractive pricing.
These micro switches are often ideal for “low failure cost” applications, where the cost of replacing the switch or repairing issues related to the switch is minimal. The switches are intended for applications requiring a pressing force of at least 100 N and are available in versions with a load capacity from 16A to 26A.
Electromechanical limit switches – GLS series and others
Limit switches and miniature limit switches offered by DACPOL have standardized housings, allowing full interchangeability with switches from other manufacturers. Some types of industrial limit switches have replaceable levers, which can be purchased as additional accessories.
The offered electromechanical limit switches and built-in connectors are used to detect objects through direct mechanical contact. Their use is extremely cheap and simple. We sell strong and reliable limit switches of many series, including the GLS series from Honeywell, available in various shapes and sizes, sealing classes, housing materials, actuator types, switch arrangements, and electrical parameters. The GLS family was created to provide a complete range of industrial limit switches compliant with CENELEC standards. It is adapted to most industrial applications.
Limit switches with 4–20 mA analog output – use in positioning
The offer also includes a limit switch with a 4–20mA analog output signal. It can be used in object positioning systems, and its advantage is the possibility of direct connection to industrial control systems.
Explosion-proof switches
Switches for use in explosion-hazard areas have the required approvals and certificates, protection class IP67, silver-plated contacts, and 5-meter cable leads.
Manual switches – key, lever, slider, and rotary
Manual switches are available as: key, push, lever, slider, and rotary in single- and double-pole versions, with or without backlighting, and as splash-proof. Additionally, the offer includes coding switches designed for panel mounting or PCB mounting, as well as foot switches.
