Omerin was founded in 1906 as a braid manufacturer. Later, it began to specialize in the production of insulating sleeves for high-temperature applications.
Today, Omerin is a leader with brands such as SILICABLE, VARPREN, SILIFLON, PROFIPLAST, SILICOUL, SILIFLAM, and SILIGAINE. The company offers products and solutions such as specialty wires, cables for special applications and insulating sleeves for extremely harsh conditions, electric cables, flexible heating elements, sanitary and HVAC hoses, medical devices, and basic pharmaceutical packaging.
The company offers solutions such as cables for the automotive industry, e-mobility, thin UL-insulated cables for the electromechanical market, cable assemblies for hermetic groups, and cables designed for the railway market.
