Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. In automation systems, monitoring relays play an important role in controlling critical values of physical quantities. The most common are temperature monitoring relays and level monitoring relays. Typical controllers have analog and binary inputs. When monitoring physical quantities, a dedicated input module must be purchased. Using monitoring relays creates a more universal system.
Temperature monitoring relays usually have PTC sensors connected, which abruptly increase their resistance when a certain temperature is exceeded. They are used to protect motor windings and transformers.
