ExCam SUFA4115

The ExCam SUFA4115 is an ultra-compact optical module for use in hazardous areas. It offers HDTV resolution (1920x1080 with 1007120 fps) and a powerful varifocal lens. The ExCam SUFA4115 is part of the Ex-Network modular network camera. It should be used together with the separately sold ExConnection FA54 rail or FA54 main unit. The ExCam series is certified in accordance with European (ATEX) and international (IECEx) regulations. In addition to European regulations (ATEX), The ExCam series is also certified in accordance with international regulations (IECEx). Housing certification covers ATEX Group II (Gas and Dust) for Zones 1, 2, 21, and 22, including Explosion Groups IIC/IIIC with a high risk of mechanical hazards.

During the development of the ExCam SUFA4115 camera, a clear emphasis was placed on safety aspects, mechanical precision, and high-quality stainless steel. Furthermore, the modular design of the housing components prior to camera development allows for the free combination of individual housing components, such as various flanges, in conjunction with the housing body – without any restrictions on explosion protection.

When it comes to technical parameters, the boundaries of what is feasible have been pushed: in terms of media resistance and ambient temperature, the ExCam series sets standards.

Media Resistance and Seals

Thanks to the high-quality materials used in the T07 series, it meets the requirements of an extensive list of media resistances! The specially designed flat GYLON (PTFE) seal not only ensures the housing's waterproofness (IP68) but also supports resistance to many chemicals. Extremely durable, scratch-resistant, and impact-resistant borosilicate glass perfectly complements the high-quality materials of the housing body.

Temperatures

The permissible ambient temperature range of the ExCam SUFA4115 camera starts at -20°C and reaches up to +50°C.

Small housing - great resolution (HD)

With dimensions of only 127 mm long and 48 mm in diameter, the ExCam SUFA4115 camera is smaller than some safe area camera models, but with more advanced features.

Vario-Focus

The ExCam SUFA4115 camera is equipped with a lens with Vario-Focus technology. This makes it ideal for viewing or close-up applications.
