AFX - stainless steel monobloc cabinets (removable rear panel)
Information
Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Welded monobloc stainless steel cabinets are available in two options: AFX – cabinets with a removable rear panel, and ASX – fully welded cabinets.
The AFX series comprises modular control cabinets from QUADRITALIA, made of AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316L also available on request), designed for operation in environments requiring high chemical, mechanical, and hygienic resistance. Based on the construction of the popular AF series, AFX models combine the robustness of a monobloc frame with the assembly flexibility typical of industrial systems.
AFX enclosures feature:
- a welded, monobloc stainless steel frame,
- a removable 2.0 mm thick stainless steel rear panel,
- hinged stainless steel doors, 2.0 mm thick, equipped with solid Zamak hinges and an internal stiffening frame that allows for the installation of cross-elements and accessories,
- a 2.5 mm thick galvanized steel mounting plate,
- sliding cable glands in the lower part of the enclosure, facilitating cable routing.
Thanks to the regular arrangement of mounting holes along the internal edges of the frame, AFX cabinets enable easy and precise installation of internal equipment, guaranteeing high assembly ergonomics and full compatibility with the QUADRITALIA accessory system.
