One-Button Configuration

The one-button Smart Tuning feature makes configuring the E3X-HD amplifier quick and easy. Traditional amplifiers typically required two separate procedures to achieve optimal settings. With the new Smart Tuning system implemented in the E3X-HD amplifiers, the light output level and trigger thresholds are automatically set in a single learning step by pressing a button once with and once without the detail. This makes setting most functions comfortable even for gloved hands. This eliminates the amplifier's complex menu structure, which can be complicated and unintuitive at times.

High resistance to harsh environmental factors

The GIGA RAY II light source offers approximately 1.5 times more powerful light compared to typical LEDs. This ensures even longer operating ranges, even in unfavorable conditions.
Furthermore, dynamic threshold control automatically compensates for any loss of light output caused by dirt accumulation, mechanical vibrations, or the natural aging of the LED. This means the sensor operates at its optimal threshold throughout its lifespan, without the need for regular manual adjustments.

Easy integration of E3X-HD amplifiers with the latest automation systems is ensured by built-in support for EtherCAT. This Ethernet-based, high-speed, real-time industrial communication network is becoming increasingly popular.
