MR/TKAR Series Modular DIN Rail Enclosures

MR/TKAR is a universal, modular DIN rail enclosure that easily accommodates PCBs, allows for wire connection via terminals, and allows for the cover to be removed or attached without screws. The enclosures feature 2mm ventilation slots to better dissipate heat generated by the electronics. Additionally, the enclosure can be customized by cutting holes or changing the color and material.

TKAR series modular enclosures:

Designed for mounting on an EN50022 DIN rail, they can accommodate:

  • one printed circuit board in the base
  • one printed circuit board under the front panel

Both boards are attached with snap-in fastening or screws.

Front panels are available in the following options:

  • flat – gray, red, and transparent versions, snap-mounted
  • curved – gray, red, and transparent versions, hinged to allow access to the top of the electronics.

Zone Connection:

It is designed for various types of connectors:

  • fixed terminals (standard terminal connectors)
  • plug-in terminals
  • or connectors (USB, RJ45, etc.)

Connection zones can be unshielded (MR/SC) or equipped with terminal covers (MR/CR).

Materials, colors, and customization:

  • Standard material: PC/ABS blend. Material available upon request: ABS, self-extinguishing material in UL94V0 class.
  • Standard color: light gray RAL7035.
  • Special colors available upon request: green RAL6017, blue RAL5010, black RAL7021, yellow RAL1018.
  • Custom openings can be made on any side (windows, holes, slots).

Connection zone covers are available in the following versions:

  • TK CL – cover with an 11 mm high opening
  • TK ML – cover without holes
  • TK LC – cover with a perforated opening
  • TK EIB – cover with an opening for an EIB connector
  • TK AL – cover with an opening 11 mm and a top slot
  • TK FA – cover with an 11 mm high opening and top holes spaced 5.08 mm
  • TK FC – cover with an 11 mm high opening and top holes spaced 10.16 mm
  • TK DS – cover with a perforated bottom opening and perforated top holes
