Starting with plastic-packaged devices such as standard and fast recovery diodes in DO-41, DO-27, and R-6 packages for various applications, the company has scaled new heights. Over the past 24 years, the company has rapidly expanded its power semiconductor business and is now a leading supplier of these components in India.
