Qrr tester for measuring transient charge in thyristors and power diodes

Qrr tester for measuring transient charge in thyristors and power diodes

Device description

An independent crimping press set up on the right side works with the tester. The left side press is attached to the ACNL tester. The product to be tested is placed in one or the other press. The tester is designed to work autonomously by entering measurement conditions manually and to cooperate with an external computer which provides data for setting tester's parameters for measurement.
