AF Series Monoblock Cabinets – Solid Construction, Reliable Protection

AF Series monoblock cabinets are high-quality solutions for industrial and infrastructure applications where reliability, durability, and enclosure tightness are key. Thanks to their welded monoblock construction, the cabinets provide exceptional mechanical rigidity and resistance to external factors.

Construction and Materials

The cabinet body consists of a welded monoblock frame, to which removable rear panels made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet are mounted. The 2 mm thick external doors are equipped with an internal stiffening frame, increasing their durability and resistance to deformation. The 2.5 mm thick mounting plate is made of galvanized sheet steel. Regularly spaced mounting slots are located inside the cabinet, along its entire perimeter, to facilitate the installation of accessories. Protection and Painting The cabinets are coated with epoxy-polyester powder paint in RAL 7035 (structured). The bases are available in RAL 7024 (graphite gray, smooth finish). Paint coating provides durable corrosion protection and an aesthetically pleasing appearance, even in demanding industrial environments.
