ASX Series - stainless steel monobloc cabinets
Information
Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Even though it is unreasonable to have all these products in stock due to the limited sales, we believe that it is in the best interest of our customers to make them available. Our goal is to inform customers about the maximum number of products available and enable them to make decisions based on specifications, prices, availability, required minimums and our technical advice. Please note that selecting the "In Stock" checkbox may limit the display to only products available for delivery straight from the shelf.

Welded monobloc stainless steel cabinets are available in two options: AFX – cabinets with a removable rear panel, and ASX – fully welded cabinets.
The ASX series consists of fully welded monobloc cabinets from QUADRITALIA, made of AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316L version also available on request). They are designed for operation in environments where reliability, tightness, and corrosion resistance are an absolute priority – for example, in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, or in harsh outdoor conditions.
The cabinet construction includes:
- A monobloc, fully welded frame made of 1.5 mm thick stainless steel sheet,
- Hinged doors made of 2.0 mm thick stainless steel sheet, mounted on solid hinges and adapted for a perimeter gasket,
- A mounting plate made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 2.5 mm,
- A bottom cable gland with flanges, allowing cables to be routed without compromising tightness.
ASX cabinets offer maximum structural rigidity, a high level of protection, and the ability to adapt to individual project requirements. They are an ideal solution wherever reliability, resistance, and ease of use are paramount – without compromise.
