Product DOL 20R

  • The capacitive sensor is designed for general detection of solid and loose materials. The sensor has potential-free relay contacts with a switch function.
  • The product is intended for contactor operation, but will be well suited for a number of other agricultural and industrial applications.

Field of application:

  • Level control in hoppers, pans, silos and containers.
  • Control of poultry feeding lines

Funkctionality:

  • The sensor sensitivity can be fixed or adjustable trimmed to match various types of feed.
  • The sensor can be mounted on the outside of non-metal hoppers. Measure through plastic materials.
  • Customer needs can be implement i.e.:
    • Delay, avoid short motor cycling, can be fixed or adjustable trimmed.
    • Max. run timer.

When the hopper is empty, a timer starts and after a fixed delay the sensor switches ON. When the hopper has been refilled, the sensor switches OFF according to the OFF-delay.
