Semiconductor and Electromechanical Relays from DACPOL
We offer a wide range of semiconductor relays from renowned manufacturers that ensure long and stable operation of devices and entire systems.
Our offer includes, among others: three-phase relays from the GN3 series, three-phase semiconductor relays with a heatsink for DIN rail, three-phase relays, AC three-phase semiconductor relays from CRYDOM. We also offer interface AC and DC semiconductor relays for DIN rail and electromechanical relays.
High-Quality Semiconductor Relays
Semiconductor relays (SSR – Solid State Relay) are components used to control current loads using a semiconductor operated by an isolated electronic circuit.
Electromechanical Relays - Applications
Relays of this type are used in many different industrial sectors and control systems, performing various functions, including galvanic isolation.
Another application of electromechanical relays is switching high-power loads using low power, as well as allowing the introduction of receivers powered from sources with different voltages, even though there is only one voltage level in the system.
Cooling the Semiconductor Relay
The lifespan of semiconductor relays is virtually unlimited, provided they are properly cooled. Therefore, special attention should be paid to selecting the heatsink, using thermal paste, and ensuring proper airflow. A good solution is mounting the relay with a heatsink on a DIN rail, leaving free space around it.
