What is a regulator?
Is a part of the installation's circuit. Its task is to generate a proper control signal, so the controlled circuit acts in a certain way. A regulator leads an object to its required state and improves unwanted characteristics. An improperly chosen regulator can cause instability of the circuit and damage devices.
