Compact Alpha

The Compact Alpha series is a surface mount condensed machine lamp, constructed from a thin aluminum housing with high heat dissipation, is resistant to vibration and can be installed and safely used in the most demanding machine environments. Compact Alpha luminaires are even the brightest and ideal lighting solutions for small precision CNC machines thanks to the combination of a 19/16 ″ diameter housing equipped with new concept LED plates, M12 connector and universal side mounting bracket. The Compact Alpha luminaires are certified to the IP67 degree of protection and are flawlessly adapted to humid environments with oils, coolants, greases and dust. The 3/16 ″ toughened safety front glass is impact-resistant IK08 and cools to the touch on a bright surface to prevent the coolant from sticking to the glass and browning it. This machine lamp produces an intense light output of up to 2600 lumens and an efficiency of 108 lumens / W, thanks to highly efficient LED circuit boards designed with the most advanced electronic technology. Three standard optics: aperture angles of 30, 90 or 110 degrees provide flexibility for narrow, medium or wide illumination inside machines while maintaining an even light distribution. The Compact Alpha surface mount series offers four standard lengths and many custom size preferences thanks to a modular aluminum housing design and optimized LED circuit boards. A traditional 10-foot cable or M12 connector provides a safe, quick and easy 24 V DC electrical connection without any additional power supply. The compact Alpha luminaires are surface mount lamps that are the answer as machine lighting for precision CNC machines, transfer machines, shot blasting machines and automation applications. One standard side mounting bracket ensures secure mounting and flexible installation of the luminaire. Therefore, it enables precise adjustment of the light direction up to 70 ° in relation to the working area.

MOUNTING BRACKETS

CO.ALPHA.01

Tough, versatile and vibration resistant, this is a 70 ° angle adjustable bracket. Made of chrome-plated stainless steel, it is the ideal solution when you need to adjust the direction of the jet in high vibration applications. The product code includes several brackets with M3 fixing screws and steel handle washers.

B05

Strong magnetic shield made of neodymium and high grip. Use together with the CO.ALPHA.FX01 brackets when you need to frequently move the light to different positions. Suitable for use in high vibration applications.

POWER CABLES

The COMPACT ALPHA series can be supplied with pre-assembled PUR interconnecting cables with M12 connector socket (straight or 90 °) in various lengths from 5 to 33 feet, and custom M12 connector sockets and plugs are available for particularly easy integration.
