MCI soft starts - soft starts and stops systems
MCI soft starts are verified solutions for 3 phase asynchronous motors start up.They keep start up currents on reasonable level, which allow to elongate the non failure operation of machine.
They are perfect solutions for application where there are many  soft start cycles.
They can be used with pumps and ventilators, feeders, transporters.  Because of set up start torque and unique function (kick start) which force static friction, they are able to cope with almost every application. They reduce stresses and vibrations during start ups and stops, which make production lines more reliable. Also start up currents reduction lowers voltage drops on light mains.

During start up soft starts rises linearly motor supplying voltage up to nominal value. Motor speed depends on the load torque. Time is independent from frequency or load. In hardest situations kick start function can be used.
