New OK Control Cabinet Series with DIY Frame

The new OK Control Cabinet Series with DIY Frame is Quadritalia's latest product, the result of a revolutionary technical design and the application of innovative solutions developed by the R&D department.

Patented Solution

The DIY frame consists of patented, symmetrical profiles made of Sendzimir galvanized steel. These elements are formed on a profiling line, weldless, and unpainted, ensuring high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Combined with the patented orthogonal corner connector made of Zamak alloy, the design guarantees maximum rigidity and mechanical strength.

Economical Logistics

The economic aspect of this solution deserves particular attention. Thanks to its flat-pack design (for self-assembly), the OK cabinet offers a more favorable purchase price while significantly reducing transportation and storage costs. Furthermore, the risk of damage during transportation is minimized, resulting in greater reliability and delivery security.

Strength of construction

Another significant advantage is the cabinets' high durability. They successfully passed the Lifting Test in accordance with the IEC 61439-1 standard (section 10.2.5), performed with a 25% load reserve (1250 kg), without any damage. Additionally, the cabinets have been subjected to rigorous dynamic load resistance tests simulating earthquakes, conducted in accordance with the IEC 60068-2-57 (2013), IEC 60068-3-3 (2019), Telcordia GR-63-CORE, and IEEE 693-2018 standards - at the ZONE 4 level - the highest resistance level in this standard.

Such high durability allows for safe use of the cabinets in demanding infrastructure and industrial applications, such as railways, power plants, tunnels, refineries, and earthquake-prone areas, where resistance to vibration and shock is crucial.

Anti-corrosion protection

For aggressive environments, cabinet versions with an additional zinc layer are available, meeting the requirements of corrosiveness classes C3, C4, and C5 according to the ISO 12944 standard. The cabinets are available in a wide range of colors, and the coating Epoxy-polyester construction ensures high durability and aesthetics, even in harsh industrial environments.

  • Disassembled, flat-packed (OKK).
