The silicone-free thermal conductive paste KP 12 consists of a mixture of synthetic, thermal polymers and is suitable for fast and effective heat dissipation. This paste is characterized by high thermal conductivity and is suitable for silicone-sensitive applications. The long-term reliability of KP products guarantees full operability throughout the entire product lifecycle. Under normal conditions of use, KERATHERM® thermal conductive pastes do not harden, dry out, or melt.
