Brush cable glands
Information
Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Even though it is unreasonable to have all these products in stock due to the limited sales, we believe that it is in the best interest of our customers to make them available. Our goal is to inform customers about the maximum number of products available and enable them to make decisions based on specifications, prices, availability, required minimums and our technical advice. Please note that selecting the "In Stock" checkbox may limit the display to only products available for delivery straight from the shelf.

Brush grommets are special mounting elements used to route and protect cables or wires where they pass through enclosures, cabinets, panels or partitions. Thanks to their dense bristle structure, they act as a barrier seal that:
- restricts the flow of dust, dirt, and contaminants into devices or rooms,
- suppresses air drafts,
- improves the aesthetics of cable passages,
- protects cables from mechanical damage, e.g., friction on sharp edges.
Applications
Brush cable glands are used in many areas, especially where there is a need to combine the functionality of a cable passage with protection against contamination:
- In RACK/network cabinets – to route cables between components, internal spaces, and ventilation openings, while maintaining the cleanliness of the device interior.
- In enclosures for electronic, control, and measurement devices, and in boxes Distribution systems – as a cover for cable penetrations, especially when complete water tightness is not required.
- In data centers, air-conditioned rooms, and raised floors to seal areas where cables pass through raised floors or partitions to limit air and dust infiltration.
- In industrial installations mainly where protection against dust and dirt is required, or where cleanliness in controlled areas is essential.
