Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Even though it is unreasonable to have all these products in stock due to the limited sales, we believe that it is in the best interest of our customers to make them available. Our goal is to inform customers about the maximum number of products available and enable them to make decisions based on specifications, prices, availability, required minimums and our technical advice. Please note that selecting the "In Stock" checkbox may limit the display to only products available for delivery straight from the shelf.

The DACPOL company offers pneumatic cylinders. The products offered come from trusted and reputable suppliers, ensuring reliability, high quality, and greater installation dependability. Thanks to many years of experience, we provide professional advice when selecting the appropriate solutions.

What is a pneumatic cylinder?

It is a device in a pneumatic system that uses compressed gas energy to generate force. Cylinders are used as actuators to move machine parts. Since they use air, they produce less pollution than hydraulic elements.

What are the technical parameters of pneumatic cylinders?

  • Cylinder diameter: from 8 to 320 mm
  • Stroke range: from 1 mm to approx. 3000 mm
  • Useful force at 0.63 MPa: 5 daN – 5000 daN
  • Operating pressure range: 0.05 – 1.6 MPa
  • Operating temperature range: from -20 to 180˚C (depending on seals)
  • Working medium: compressed air purified to min. 40 μm, either lubricated with an oil mist or unlubricated (requires more precise filtration)

What types of cylinders are there?

According to the type of working motion, we distinguish:

  • Linear cylinders:
    • Single-acting: piston moved by compressed air toward the load, return by spring. Saves air and energy.
    • Double-acting: air alternately supplied to both cylinder chambers, venting the opposite chamber.
    • Angular
    • Curved

According to the type of working element, we distinguish:

  • Piston cylinders: the most common, for rotating, moving, cutting, lifting, and shifting parts.
  • Plunger cylinders
