The biggest run in the world #Wingsforlife World Run 2021 has just ended!
In Wings for Life World Run all participants start at the same time all around the world. No matter, if you’re a professional runner, training amatour, or complete newbe. There is no finish line. Instead, 30 min after the start, a Chasing Car sets out and out catches rubbers and participants on wheelchairs, catching one person after another. The best is that 100% of participation fee and all collected money goes directly into research on spinal cord to in the future help treating its injuries.
On 9th May at 1p.m. for a “good cause” the 13 membebers team of Dacpol and Dacpol Service runners competed in the event and became a part of the global movement #Wingsforlife World Run 2021!
We did our best and didn’t let the chasing car catch us!
Dacpol and Dacpol Service’s team together did 110km - Thank you all for the support!
In this year’s #WingsforLife 184,236 participants from 195 countries participated in the run, collecting 4,1 mln EUR for global game-changing research on discovering a treatment method for spinal cord injuries.
