Description

The GO-SME series is an integrated LEM current transducer designed to measure AC and DC currents in both industrial and automotive applications. Differential sensing technology allows the transducer to reject external field interference from a disturbing environment. Patented strain and temperature compensation algorithms are used to achieve excellent accuracy over a wide temperature range. The primary conductor (pins 1 to 4) has a very low electrical resistance of 0.9 mΩ (typical), ensuring excellent efficiency and low power dissipation. The GO-SME is capable of measuring continuous currents from 20 to 50 A over a wide temperature range. Galvanic isolation between primary and secondary windings eliminates the need for any additional isolation, reducing the overall footprint and system cost.
