Information
Products that are marked "On Order" in the "Available Quantity" column are usually not in stock. Such products are available for purchase, however, due to their limited customer base, they usually have higher minimum quantities. DACPOL offers products that are not in stock for the following reasons: DACPOL currently has a large number of electronic components in stock and adds new products every day, however, tens of thousands of additional components and their various variants are available from our suppliers. Even though it is unreasonable to have all these products in stock due to the limited sales, we believe that it is in the best interest of our customers to make them available. Our goal is to inform customers about the maximum number of products available and enable them to make decisions based on specifications, prices, availability, required minimums and our technical advice. Please note that selecting the "In Stock" checkbox may limit the display to only products available for delivery straight from the shelf.

DACPOL offers products from the resin subgroup, which, due to their diverse physical, chemical properties and electrical characteristics, find wide application in the electrotechnical and electronic industries.
Epoxy Resins
Properties of Epoxy Resins
- thermal resistance,
- resistance to thermal shocks,
- penetration (wetting),
- resistance to chemical agents,
- self-extinguishing,
- thermal conductivity thanks to the addition of appropriate fillers.
Applications and Usage Recommendations
- preheating parts to eliminate moisture and facilitate resin penetration by reducing viscosity,
- pouring resin at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure,
- in some cases, for optimizing resin properties, casting under vacuum.
Packaging and Safety
The resin is available in packaging of 1, 5, and 30 kg or in drums up to 200 kg.
Epoxy resins are not particularly toxic; however, we recommend using them in well-ventilated areas and avoiding any skin contact.
Polyurethane Resins
Properties of Polyurethane Resins
- exothermic peak — while epoxy resins can reach temperatures of 90°C and above, polyurethane resins do not exceed 40–50°C,
- low shrinkage, usually below 1% (epoxy below 5%, polyester below 8%),
- penetration (wetting),
- adhesive properties,
- self-extinguishing,
- thermal conductivity thanks to additives.
Applications and Usage Recommendations
- preheating parts (maximum 60°C) to remove moisture and facilitate penetration by reducing viscosity,
- pouring resin at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure,
- in some cases, for optimizing resin properties, resin application can also be performed under vacuum.
